Sunny Deol the son of Legend actor Dharmendra has worked in many films  Betaab, Darr, Tridevi, Gayal, Gadar, Yamla Pagla Deewana, and many other hit movies. He was recently seen in Chup: Revenge of the Artist and played a role as an Inspector General of the Police Office. It has grossed 20.02 crores at the box office. His latest movie Gadar 2 was released on August 11th,2023.

Gadar 2 is the sequel to the 2001 Gadar movie directed by Anil Sharma and produced by Anil Sharma. It stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, Utkarsh Patel, Gaurva Chopra, and many others in supporting roles. It is an action thriller film and has been released worldwide. Sunny and Ameesha are working together after 22 years.

On the opening day, it grossed 40.10 crores,2nd day 43.08 crores, and 3rd day  51.70 crores,4th day 38.70 crores. It grossed 173.58 crores in total.
