Ajay Devgn was recently seen in Shaitaan film with Jyothika and R Madhavan. The film has got positive reviews from the audience. The film is directed by Vikas Bahl. The movie has grossed around 89.58 crores at the box office.

He will be next seen in  biographical sports drama film Maidaan. It is directed by Amit Sharma and produced by Boney Kapoor. Ajay will be seen as football coach in a time period between 1952 and 1962 Syed Abdul Rahim a. It also stars Priyamani, Rudranil Gosh Gajraj Rao. The music is composed by A R Rahman.

The film shooting started on 19 August 2019 and ended in in May 2022.

The film is set to release on 11 April 2024.
