Thalapathy Vijay is currently shooting his upcoming movie Leo. The film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar. The movie stars Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Priya Anand, S J Suriah, and many others in supporting roles. The film was announced on  January 2023 under the tentative title Thalapathy 67.                                    

The track Bloody Sweet featured in the two-minute promo video was released on 3 February 2023.

The first song Naa Ready was announced and will be released on Vijay‘s 49th birthday June 22nd.

Vijay attended the Education Award 2023 and met the top-ranking students of HSC and SSLC to honor them with prize money. He gave an excellent speech and motivated students.

The film will release worldwide on October 19.
