Vikranth Massey and Taapsee Pannu are paired again for their film Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba. They were seen in Haseen Dilruba which was released in 2021 and it received mixed reviews from critics. The film released in Netflix, and it was directed by Vinil Mathew.

The duo again paired for the sequel of Haseen Dillruba which is directed by Jayprad Desai. The While evading the cops in Agra, Rani and Rishu scheme to run away together. But when their plans go awry, Rani asks a mild-mannered admirer for help.
