Akshay Kumar and Radhikka Madan will be seen together in Suriya’s remake film Soorai Pottru. The film is Sarfira directed by Sudha Kongara. The film also stars Paresh Rawal R Sarath Kumar, Prakash Belawadi and Suriya, in Cameo appearance. The film has music composed by G V Prakash Kumar.

The first single Khudaya is out. The song is sung by Sagar Bhatia, Neeti Mohan, Suhit Abhyankar, lyrics are written  by Manoj Muntashir Shukla and composed by Suhit Abhyankar.

Fan are loving the song and grooving to the song.

The album of the film is out now. The film has 7 songs. The songs are Maar Udi, Khudaya, Saare Ki, De Taali, Chaawat, Dhokha, and Yeh Kahani.

The filming began with the first schedule on 25 April 2022 in Mumbai. Madan completed filming her portions by 23 October.

Initially the film was planned to release on 1 September 2023 and later 16 February 2024. It is finally scheduled to release in theatres on 12 July 2024.
