Akshay Kumar was recently seen in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with Tiger Shroff in the lead roles. The film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and the film grossed around 95.48 crores at the box office.

Akshay is currently shooting for his upcoming film Sarfira which is the remake of Suriya’s film Soorai Pottru.

The film was announced on  July 2021  Project 1 marking the maiden venture of 2D Entertainment in Hindi,

The official title was announced in February 2024. The film is directed by Sudha Kongara.
