Biography

Ajay Devgn's real name is Vishal Veeru Devgan. He was born on 2 April 1969 in Delhi. He completed his graduation from Silver Beach High School in Juhu and then studied at Mithibai College. His first debut movie was Phoole Aur Kaante in 1991. The movie also starred Madhoo n the lead role. He also won a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. In 1992 he was seen in the Jigar film with Karisma Kapoor. and became the seventh-highest-grossing movie of that year, taking ₹7 crores at the box office. From 1993 to 2003 he was seen in the movies like n Dil Hai Betaab, Dilwale, Vijaypath, Diljale, Ishq, Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Hogi Pyaar Ki Jeet, Hum Kisise Kum Nahin, Bhoot. He also acted in the LOC Kargil movie which also starred Abhishek Bachan, Saif Ali Khan, Manoj Vajpayee, Sanjay Dutt, and Akshaye Khanna in the lead roles. Ajay has also acted in comedy films like Golmaal, Golmaal Returns,d Golmaal 3, He also acted in Rohit Sheety movies like Singham,m Bol Bachchan. Singham Returns, Golmaal Again. He has won many awards for the movies like Company, All the Best, Deewangee Shivaay, and many more. He has directed the movies like U Me Aur Hum, and Shivaay, and produced movies like Velle, Bhuj: The Pride of India, Chhalaang Total Dhamaal, Tanhaji, Raju Chacha, Runway 34, and many more. He got married to great actress Kajol Mukherjee on 24 February 1999. The 2 children Nysa, and Yug. He was recently seen in RRR, Runway34, and Gangubai Kathiawadi. His upcoming movies are Thank God and Drishyam 2.
