Kartik Aryan will be seen in the third instalment of the eponymous franchise after Bhool Bhulaiyaa(2007)  and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2(2022). Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will star Tripti Dimri,Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit,Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz and mnay others in supporting roles.The film was officially announced in March 2023. It is directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Bhushan Kumar.

Kartik will be seen as  Rooh Baba and Vidya Balan as Manjulika. The film is about Rooh Baba who  ventures into a haunted Mansion  in Kolkata and clashes with Manjulika, a vengeful spirit.
