Vijay film The Greatest of all time is releasing on 5 September 2024. The film is directed by Venkat Prabhu and produced by AGS Entertainment. The film also stars Prabhu Deva, Prashanth, Jayaram, Sneha, Yogi Babu and many others in supporting roles.

The movie is a science fiction film where Vijay will be seen in dual roles. Vijay will be seen as Gandhi and Jeevan.

The plot is Gandhi is a hostage negotiator, field agent and spy working for the Special Anti-Terrorist Squad (SATS), which coordinates with RAW, and is based in Chennai. He is married and has a son, Jeevan. His team in SATS includes three other members along with him. Following years, after their retirement, problems stemmed by their previous actions occurs, which they must fight against.

The filming of the movie started on 3rd October 2023. The shooting took place in Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala, Pondicherry, Sri Lanka and many other places.
