The film is about the Srikanth Bolla, an Indian Entrepenur, who gained prominence as the founder of Bollant Industries. The film is directed by Sharan Sharma and produced by Apoorva Mehta and Karan Johar.The film also stars Kumud Mishra, Abhishek Banerjee, Rajesh Sharma and many others in supporting roles. It is a romatic sports drama film.

The film was commenced on 9 May 2022. Filming wrapped on 1 May 2023.During the filming, Kapoor got her shoulder dislocation twice. film is finally set to release theatrically on 31 May 2024.
