Vijay the famous star in South film industry was recently seen in Leo movie with Trisha Krishnan which is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The movie received mixed reviews from the audience but went on to become a blockbuster and emerged as one of the highest grossing Indian films of the year with a gross more than ₹600 crores. The film is streaming on Netflix.

He will be next seen in Science fiction film which was announced in May 2023 under the tentative title Thalapathy 68, as it is Vijay‘s 68th film in a leading role,

The filming started with first schedule on 3 October 2023 at Prasad Labs in Chennai.The shooting took places in Thailand,Hyderabad, Srilanka, Pondicherry,Russia ,Thiruvananthapuram and in many other places.

The music and background score is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja,

The first single is out. The first song Whistle podu lyrical video is released today.
