The movie revolves around a love story between an army officer and a Kashmiri girl in the mountains of Jammu and Kashmir.

The shooting took place in Kashmir, Hyderabad, and many other places. The movie also stars Jayaram, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, and many others in supporting roles.

Vijay will be also seen with Mrunali Thakur. Samantha will be seen in Chennai Story.
