Kajol the gorgeous actress was recently seen in Salam Venky which is directed by Revathy. It also starred Vishal Jethwa in the lead role. It is streaming on OTT Platform ZEE5 since February 10. She announced her next debut web series which will be streaming on Disney+Hotstar. The series was announced in July 2022. The first look was released, announcing the title as Good Wife as the show is an adaptation of the American series The Good Wife.
The title of the movie has been renamed to Trail: Pyaar Kannon Dhokha. It is an Indian legal and political drama and also stars Sheeba Chadda, Kubra Sait, Swayam Joshi, Jissu Senugupta, and many others. It is directed by Suparn Verma and produced by Ajay Devgan, and Deepak Dhar. She is playing a role of a lawyer in the series, for the first time in her three-decade-long career. She is excited and says The Good Wife’, that’s exactly what I got!”

The series is centered on a housewife who, after 13 years, returns to work at a law firm to support her family when her husband gets imprisoned.

The trailer of the web series was launched yesterday. Kajol, Ajay Devgn, Kubra Sait, Supran Verma, Deepak Dhar, Sheeba Chadda, and many others attended the launch event in Mumbai.
