Adah Sharma‘s movie The Kerala Story has got good reviews from fans. The movie was released on 5th May and it is directed by Sudipto Sen. The plot follows the story of a group of women from Kerala who converted to Islam and joined the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

The Kerala story is the first female film to cross 200 crores. Adah shares gratitude for the makers of the movie and her fans for showering her love for the movie. She thanks her directer by captioning it “Vipul sir who took a huge risk in making this film without any backing from studios and for trusting the girl who played Bhavana Reddy in Commando to be Shalini Unnikrishnan.
