Shamsheera is directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Adithya Chopra. It stars Vaani Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Ronit Roy, Tridha Choudry, and Saurab Shulka. The movie was released today in Hindi worldwide.

Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in dual roles as Shamshera and Balli. Vaani Kapoor as Sona and Sanjay Dutt as Daroga Shuddh Singh.
